1. How Your Personal Information Is Collected
Directly from You We collect personal information (such as your name, username, phone number, and physical or email address) from you directly when you register for an account or correspond with us. We also collect personal information you provide to us through your use of our services, including text and photos you upload to use as part of our services. We use this personal information to operate, provide, maintain and improve services, to correspond with you, and to respond to any of your concerns.
- Automated Information Collection We and our service providers use electronic identifiers such as cookies and other technologies to collect and store certain types of personal information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware/software information, cookie and session ID) whenever you visit our website. 3. Types of Personal Information We Collect, Share, and Disclose
We collect personal information from individuals who visit our websites or otherwise interact with us. We do not collect “sensitive personal information,” as defined by applicable privacy laws. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information of consumers for any monetary consideration. We do, however, engage in cross context behavioral advertising, also known as “targeted advertising” (called “sharing” under California law) and collect and disclose personal information to and from marketing partners (considered a “sale” under California law). We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under the age of 16. 4. Reasons We Disclose Personal Information
In addition to the disclosures described above, we may transfer or otherwise disclose personal information collected from and about you to the following types of entities and for the following purposes:
- To our service providers, suppliers and business partners, if the disclosure will enable them to fulfill your request for products or services or to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us.
- Within our family of brands and with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Taylor Corporation (i.e., affiliates).
- To other companies, credit bureaus, or government agencies in connection with issues related to fraud detection, issuance of credit, or debt collection.

- If (i) we or our affiliates are or may be acquired by, merged with, or invested in by another company, or (ii) if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may disclose or transfer personal information to a potential or actual third party purchaser.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily upload or submit for public posting to the website (for example, comments) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Such posting or uploading of content is subject to our Terms of Use .
5. Record Retention
We will retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will also keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. We retain archived copies of your personal information as required or otherwise permitted by law or for legitimate business purposes. In addition to the criteria already described in this section, when determining how long we will retain your personal information we consider:

- whether we are legally required to maintain the personal information for a certain period of time;

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We or our service providers may use cookies or web beacons on our website and email communications. A cookie is a small text file that uniquely identifies your browser or device that may be stored on the hard drive or browser of your computer when you access the website. Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We also use technologies which are similar to cookies, such as web beacons/pixels. A web beacon (also called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”) are invisible picture files/small portions of code that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize users when providing services. We use web beacons to track the online usage patterns of our users, and in HTML-based emails, track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.

Usually, deletion of cookies will anonymize the information associated with the pixel and a website will not receive any further associated information.

8. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

- Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. If you decide to use an authorized agent, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent with permission to make a request on your behalf.
Your request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. To verify you, we will ask for personal information such as your name, address, email, and/or phone number. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request, to process and fulfill the request, and for necessary record keeping. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
9. Security of Personal Information
We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to safeguard your personal information. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information submitted through our website.

This website may contain various links to third-party websites. These websites may provide additional information, goods, services and/or promotions. The presence of such links on our website is not an endorsement. These websites are owned and operated independent of us and have their own separate privacy and data collection practices.
