How to Order Online

Select and Personalize Your Product

1. Choose your product and any applicable options, such as quantity, color, or stock type.

2. For personalized items, select DESIGN NOW and enter your personalization details.

• If multiple font options are available, highlight your text and choose a font from the drop-down menu.
• You can adjust the font size as desired.
• To prevent text from being cut off during printing, the system may automatically reduce the font size if it extends too close to the edge of the text box.

3. Review your personalized item carefully. Select Preview, proof your design again, and confirm your approval of the personalization.

Add Items to Your Shopping Cart

1. Click ADD TO CART to add your selection to your shopping cart.

2. If you already have an account, sign in. If not, you will have the option to create an account after submitting your order.

Updating or Removing Items in Your Shopping Cart

• To change a quantity, update the number in the Quantity field and click UPDATE CART.
• To modify a personalized item, select the product from your cart and complete the personalization process again. If you only want the updated version, be sure to remove the original item from your cart.
• To remove an item, click REMOVE.

Apply a Discount Code (If Applicable)

If you are ordering from an advertisement or promotion, enter your discount code during checkout:

1. On the Shopping Cart page, locate the Discount section.

2. Enter your promotion code and select APPLY DISCOUNT.

3. If your items qualify, the discount will appear in the Order Summary, and your merchandise total will update automatically.

Enter Billing and Shipping Information

Select GO TO CHECKOUT and complete all required fields on the Billing & Shipping pages. Be sure to provide a valid email address so we can send your order confirmation and updates.

Enter Payment Information

On the Payment Method page, enter your credit or debit card information. Your payment details are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

Receive Your Order Confirmation

After your order has been submitted and processed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. Please keep this number for future reference and include it in any correspondence regarding your order.
