Personalization Guidelines

Formatting

Your item will be formatted exactly as shown in the personalization preview. You can add or remove lines using the Enter and Backspace keys. Font size may be adjusted larger or smaller, and text will automatically resize as needed to fit within the available space if the characters extend to the edge of the text box.

Please carefully review and proofread all personalization details before submitting your order. All online orders are produced exactly as entered by the customer and based on the proof approved prior to purchase. Refunds, replacements, or credits cannot be provided for orders containing customer-submitted errors, misspellings, or incorrect information.

Symbols/Monograms

Some items offer the option to add a symbol or monogram. For these products, the symbol or monogram is placed in a fixed location and will appear left-aligned and vertically centered. If a symbol or monogram is not selected, the text may not appear properly centered on the label. If you do not wish to include a symbol or monogram, we recommend choosing a different label style from our collection.

All Capital Letters

Please note that some fonts, especially script-style fonts, may be difficult to read when entered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Orders are produced exactly as submitted, so if your personalization is entered in all capital letters, it will be printed that way.

Please carefully review and proofread all personalization details before placing your order. As all items are customized according to the information provided and the approved preview, refunds, replacements, or credits cannot be issued for personalization that is difficult to read due to the formatting selected by the customer.

Special Characters

Special characters depend on the font selected. Some fonts support special characters, while others do not. When personalizing an item, please carefully review all characters and their appearance, as your item will be printed exactly as displayed on your screen.
